Welcome to Sacred Resilience
A gentle place for grief, love, loss & life

Creative support and soul care for the many ways we grieve

Grief  has many faces.

Grief doesn’t always look like a funeral.
Sometimes it looks like silence.
A name you’re no longer called.
A room you no longer enter.
A version of yourself you no longer recognize.

There is room here for all that grief can hold:

The death of someone we love.
The ache of estrangement.
The changing identity that can come with caregiving, trauma, or transition.
And the quieter losses that can be difficult to name, but are deeply felt.

Through gentle practices

such as journaling, meditation, breathwork, gentle movement, creativity, and ritual

I offer ways to make space for what you carry

without asking you to leave your love or your memories behind.

This is a place to breathe, to remember, and to find your way forward — one sacred step at a time.

Hearts That Remember

A gentle story about love, loss, and the ways we remember.

Written by Shona Mae, Hearts That Remember grew from my own experience of love and loss and a belief that lives at the heart of Sacred Resilience:

Love can remain, even when someone is no longer part of our everyday life.

Through nature, memory, and tenderness, this story offers children — and the grown-ups who love them — a gentle way to explore loss, remembrance, and continuing connection.
